2. This Acceptable Use Policy applies to all users of, and visitors to, our site. Your use of our site means that you accept, and agree to abide by, the provisions of this Acceptable Use Policy.

1. Our site is operated by FatePod Limited, which is a company registered in England under company number 06988111 with its registered office at 30 Birkenhead Road, Hoylake, Wirral CH47 3BW. We are a limited company.
2. FatePod Limited is registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office for the purposes of the Data Protection Act 1998.
Prohibited uses - Top
1. You may use our site only for lawful purposes. You must not use our site:
  1. in any way that breaches any law or regulation;
  2. in any way that is unlawful or fraudulent, or has any unlawful or fraudulent purpose or effect;
  3. for the purpose of harming or attempting to harm any person in any way;

1. Our site includes features to upload photos, personal profiles and encounter messages on our site and to contact other users.
2. When the above features are used we apply a filter which is designed to hide certain profanities and other expressions which may upset or cause offence to other users, but this is an automated process and we do not moderate content on our site in any way.

1. These content standards apply to any and all material which you contribute to our site, including using the features of our site referred to in clause 5.1 (“Contributions”).

  13. give the impression that they emanate from us, if this is not the case;
  14. advocate, promote or assist any unlawful act (such as, by way of example only, copyright infringement or computer misuse).
Our remedies for any breach of this Policy - Top
1. We will determine, in our discretion, whether there has been a breach of this Acceptable Use Policy through your use of our site.
2. A breach of this Acceptable Use Policy constitutes a material breach of our Terms of Use and may result (at our option) in our taking all or any of the actions referred to in clause 21.1 of our Terms of Use.
